RETURNS

You have the option of returning a product damaged during transport to us, we undertake to replace it.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unhandled and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not accepted. Therefore, CBD flowers outside of collection boxes and CBD resins cannot be returned.

Concerning collection boxes, returns are accepted, it is possible to return the complete box in its original box or any other suitable packaging. The individual products that compose it must obviously not have been used or handled, and must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Do not hesitate to take photos of the box in the closed and open position upon receipt, with damaged areas or products visible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cover the return costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within 7 business days.

In certain situations, only a partial refund is granted:

  • any item or box returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item which is not in its original, used or damaged condition, or any box which is missing, used or tampered with individual products, or where the integrity of the products is compromised for reasons not due to an error on our part

Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your returned product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $100, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
