• 1 bottle of 10ml of powerful oily macerate - full spectrum - CBD 6.2% (industrial equivalence 15~20%) - Origin: Hemp from Griffoul (Occitanie)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Flowers : respected and pampered as desired, they are just waiting to be part of your personal CBD ritual, ideal for any use in cooking as a spice, in infusion and particularly in vaporization at around 160~200°C with a vaporizer specific to dried flowers

Infusion : see on packaging depending on the type of infusion chosen, classically 2 teaspoons per liter of water, let infuse for 5 min, remember to add a fat such as a dash of milk, a few drops of coconut oil or a knob of unsalted butter for better absorption because cannabinoids are lipophilic . The fat ensures bioavailability

Sublingual oil : this type of oil is used almost exclusively for absorption by the mucous membrane of the mouth, the interest is in the speed of assimilation by the body (15~20min). Keep a few drops under the tongue for between 30 and 60 seconds
